Tequila Chinaco Blanco - 38% Vol.

Chinaco Tequila in the United States will always be among the
best tequilas, and is mentioned in a series of ultra Premium
Tequilas. A very remarkable drink.
In “The International Wine and Spirit Competition”, Tequila
Chinaco Blanco won the silver medal.
Tequila Chinaco Blanco is bottled within 30 days after
distillation and delivers a remarkable fresh, clean and pure
taste of the Blue Agave. This 100% Agave Tequila has a full,
mellow character with a strong intensity and soft complexity.
Aged less than 30 days, Tequila Chinaco Blanco is crystal clear,
with a nose that is clean, smooth, fresh and bright. The complex
aroma shows hints of white pepper, citrus and chamomile. The
layers of smoke have hints of caramel, pear, quince, dill and
lime, with a touch of aloe and earthy agave.
The mouth feel is medium and dry, with the palate following the
nose nicely showing spice, fruit, floral notes and caramel. The
hot finish is medium to long with the hints of smoke and cream
soda, and noticeably rich in pure agave.
Tequila Chinaco Reposado - 38% Vol.
Chinaco
Tequila in the United States will always be among the best
tequilas, and is mentioned in a row with top ultra premium
tequilas. A very remarkable drink.
In “The International Wine and Spirit Competition”, Tequila
Chinaco won in several years, Gold and Double Gold medals. (e.g.
2004 Double Gold San Francisco Spirit Competion)
Tequila Chinaco Reposado is 100% Agave Tequila that mixes
beautifully, but stands proudly on its own. Tequila Chinaco
Reposado is unique in that it is barrel-aged 8-11 month, unlike
the majority of reposados aged in large vats for less time. What
makes this reposado particulary special is the careful blending
of different lots and the extended time of cooking of the agave
hearts to achieve the fullest flavour and colour in the most
natural way.
The result is a full, mellow Tequila with a gentle wooden
character. The aromas are deep, dominated by Agave and white
pepper on layers of smoke and flowers, with hints of fruit and
caramel. The palate is subtly sweet, with moderate spice and
caramel flavours and hints of fruit, floral and oak.
Tequila Chinaco Añejo - 40% Vol.
Tequila
Chinaco Anejo is an enticing and rare 100% Agave Tequila which
is meticulously aged 2½-3 years in government certified oak
barrels to achieve its remarkably smooth and richly complex
character. Savor this Tequila treasure like a fine cognac.
Chinaco Añejo shares the same attack, intensity, and complexity
as its predecessors, but has graduated to a rich, amber colour.
The aromas are intense, dominated by earthy agave with a strong
presence of pepper, citrus, chamomile, caramel, smoke, and
butterscotch with a hint of wild flowers, vanilla and baked
apple. The tequila has a velvety character, and while oily, it
seems dry, an amazing accomplishment. The oak aging regimen
contributes nice caramel and vanilla accents, but doesn’t
overpower the bold agave. Its boldness is balanced by fruit,
floral, oak and butterscotch, with a bit of white pepper. The
aftertaste is low on bitterness and moderate on sweetness. The
alcohol level is hot, a full-flavored Tequila not designed for
the timid.
